There's been a pretty decent amount of talk on the US board every now and again about a new Starion. One of the members is an excellent artist and has drawn up a few ideas for what a new Starion could look like. I ran a search and found the spec sheet a few hours ago. There's a guy on the US board who has an obsession with anything that's uncommon, and he's going nuts about this 82 he heard about, so i'm sorta just looking into it for him out of boredom.

LSD's could be done, as they're fairly common over here. The only problem is shipping would most likely be very expensive.

5-lug conversion can be done. I forget what all is needed, but i'll do some looking tonight.
