There's been a pretty decent amount of talk on the US board every now and again about a new Starion. One of the members is an excellent artist and has drawn up a few ideas for what a new Starion could look like. Here are a few of the ones he's posted: http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wt...

82 Starion found with solid axle, carb, and non-turbo?
I remember reading on the old AU site about a car that was found with a factory installed Solid Axle, different interior, fender mounted mirrors, and it was N/A. Anybody remeber this or have any more information about this fluke car?

As an uncomplicated kiwi, all I want is a starion badge that goes on the rear hatch...sigh! I've got one on my parts car...if I can get it off in one piece, you can have it for the cost of shipping. We got the JA style bonnets on the 83 starion, but that's it. They're actually a pretty hot commodit...

Yes, our 86 and under had the seatbelts in the doors (see pic). http://www.tristarion.com/gallery/albums/userpics/MDP.jpg I do have a little thing for the flatsiders...I grew up riding in the back seat of an 85.5 ESI (only factory intercooled flatsider they made for the US), so naturally there's a b...

As for the LSD's, all the widebody's and the EX/ES/ESI flatsiders came with them. Sadly, though, they are all 3.54:1 ratio. A Stratus SE is basically a 3g Mitsubishi Eclipse, only on a slightly extended chassis and with different style, sold by Dodge in the US. The drivetrain, motor, suspension, and...

Any demand for US Spec Conquest stuff?
As most of you probably know, the US Conquests got different tail lights, grill, and some other small items are unique compared to their Starion counterparts. Is their any demand for these items? The reason I ask is because I'd really like to get ahold of some of your style taillights, ect. and wond...

My Starion/Conquest Collection
I'll go in order from oldest to newest 1984 Starion LE (Automatic) - Got this one for $100, added some missing parts, did a little electrical work, and got it running. I think i have this one sold to a friend of mine. http://www.tristarion.com/gallery/albums/userpics/84LE.jpg 1987 Conquest LE (Auto...

haha...a little mission. I grew up with SQ's that my parents had, then the 89 started my love affair with them. I've saved both the 84 and 87 from the junkyard. Paid $100 for the 84, fixed it with ~$200 in parts. Paid $450 for the 87, and fixed it by cleaning the fuel pump/tank filters and a new set...

The destruction of any Starion is sad....too bad it happens almost every day. There's a big argument going on on the US Starion/Conquest forums about parting cars, and how the forum's administrators should handle it. Almost daily, somebody will part out a widebody, just because there's more money in...
