One of yours looks like 3&4, remember they were different to each other.. One was green where the top o-ring bit is and had a different part number. wtfbbq.

Even after milling it's not flat enough to go without a head gasket..
Although you could use a thinner gasket such as a corn flakes box.

But you now have a 6 pack esky up front to compensate

It doesn't make any noise after all the air was apparently bled from the pump..
We used caltex automatic trans fluid, aren't they all the same?

Maybe there's air stuck somewhere..
Anyone know the correct bleed procedure?
