just wondering if this nissan patrol M/C takes any mods to fit? i've just swapped my rear end (a while back but the car hasn't really been on the road) to disc brakes and apparently because my current master cylinder is setup for drum brakes it may have a non return valve to the rear end (not sure w...

cheers fil, thats what i wanted to know. i've been considering megasquirt but have no prior knowledge with that type of wiring/soldering and tuning of the actual computer. i've read a few accounts of people self tuning on the motorway through a laptop (with a mate driving of course) and although the...

ah well, i guess it is school holidays and at least he's not out stealing hubcaps or something else as moronic as this seems like all he's good for. the problem with education these days is that retards like this end up being able to use computers.

nice one loser

the lancer guys in england use an adaptor plate to rotate their ECI, apparently cutting and moving the inlet has been tried but the airflow messes up the injector fuel flow resulting in poor driveability. try putting up a question on the link below to find out more: http://www.lancerregister.com/for...

basically the same car? no crappy (my opinion anyway) leaf springs in an EX lancer. 4 link rear suspension means no axle tramp, easy to modify springs and shock setup. i considered the earlier lancer's (i think they look better personally) but in the long run the EX is going to be so much easier to ...

what exactly do you want to know? i've heard the only ones in Australia are imports, i could put you in touch with someone who's got the 1800 turbo version. over here in NZ we got heaps of the non turbo versions, a few imported 1800 turbo ones (EX1800 GSR) and none of the 2 litre ones (although i've...

is that setup with the outlet of the housing facing over the top of the engine like stock or towards the drivers side of the car? i've been wondering how to do this, was having a look today and thinking i might be able to get away with leaving the actuator where it is and just using a straight actua...

well, i have done it. except i did the 4G63BT conversion for more tyre smoking fun :D

the only reason i said pretty much is because i'm not 100% sure about his gearbox, driveshaft and diff matching up. the engine mounts and gearbox mounts will be sweet.

yup, sigma's, plus some L200's, L300's, and galants came out with sohc 4g63's over here.

good budget upgrade for a 4g32 EX lancer, bolts straight in pretty much.

what i'm planning (stariontron has done it if you want more/better details) is TC06 exhaust housing, TC05 inlet housing, and internals from a TD05 (hopefully a 16G compressor wheel but i'll see what comes up). the housings need to be bored out (easy enough for any turbo shop) and put it together, no...
