I own a v8 starion. Holden 308 stoked to 355. With the crane 286 in it, it has that lumpy idle you mention. With the 3 inch exhaust and only a tiny hot dog to keep it quiet it pulls some looks. Fits fine, for road use in qld at least, maximum capacity is 360ci. Has made it a little front h...

Lol GormzZ - I also wish I could enjoy mine more too. Best i can do is stare at the shell and all the parts next to it. Silly move on my part - deciding on a bare metal restore, then getting married, moving three times, having a kid, buying a clubman and then building a house. I should have finished...

An exhaust vent or two in the ceiling.

A hanging power lead on a swiveling arm on the ceiling.

Smooth floor surface (concrete, seamless flooring) to make it easier to pull tool trolley around. Note seamless flooring is not real good with welding slag, ground bits of metal etc.

I repaired mine. I basically created a mold with some alfoil on the visible side and on the other side hit it with hot glue to fill in cracks and to set some washers in for the screw holes. Just a matter of a little sanding and some vinyl dye paint. Hard pressed to see any cracks

100% agree I remember a few years back i went to get a new motorbike helmet, one of the stores in town only had $100-$200 helmets in stock (mostly rjays i think). I ended up nearly in a blue cos i had a cack at them for being negligent. Really if you were in the business of selling motorbikes or rac...

It would be a matter of slipping it between the bodywork and hoodmlining and sliding it along until you came across one of t...
