There may not be a clearance issue if you would be using a rotor with the same offset as a stock widebody rotor.. I think even the diameter of 16" is still too small to house the brembo calipers, you really need 17" minimum. It's a pity that Wilwoods fit 15" JB rims so easily while Brembos seem so impossible even using 16" SHP rims. I've never seen a Wilwood caliper up close so excuse the q...
