Would look better if they had used an original wheel with the more concave spokes but looks nice anyway.

Steve, Mark's old widey is a RHD converted Conquest :) Jason's SR20-powered silver widey is also a US RHD converted Starion/Conquest. (Forgotten the member in Perth who now owns it?) There is a Silver JDM with TD07 turbo with [HKS 51R] plates. scum in Perth has two - one is a Black auto that I sold...

I think the bronze looks great with red.
Keep the good fitment photos and specs coming, I'll be very interested to see where you end up.

I have been considering 17x9.5 -5 all round with 235/40 or 225/45 for some time. Your new wheels are a great comparo for that.

Thanks for sharing the pics DrDeath :) I was in Nagoya last year and had no idea this museum existed. I did manage to drag my Mrs to the Toyota museum though (I'm a previous Toyota fan boy) If you can recall, I suggest posting the subway/rail line you used to get there from Nagoya and the actual sta...

Awesome to see a few Starions and their sugar daddys getting together.

Whats with the champagne flatty bluesystem? Euro or NZ spec?

And double thumbs up to Panda for the triple 6 plate

Been using this for years, a really great tool. Their offset calculator (as posted in the wheel offset guide: http://forums.austarion.com/viewtopic.php?t=11010&start=0 , thx to Tomsun) is also a nice simple tool. To add something extra here I also find this tool useful: http://www.rimsntires.com...

Must be suffering a problem there because he looked way off the pace.(runs off to book collection) My 1985 Bathurst book says that the Bartlett cars fastest race lap was only 2 or 3 seconds slower than most of the 635s and he went on from there to take 9th position overall. As a side note the Brian ...

Thrash, I think "vastly different" is a little exagerated, particularly in width, and more a matter of perspective from celica owners. I still highly doubt the ra28 bay is as wide as a starions, which was my intended point. It's off topic anyway, no one here is thinking of putting a twin t...
