Honestly I'm planning on getting a motor/trans or whatever and making sure it will run well in its stock form. Then I was planning on upgrading stuff. motor setups best suited for drifting
I'm starting to piece together a 4g6x swap and really have no idea where to start. I know I want a wideblock, but have no idea what those came in or how to tell if it's wide or not without measuring it. Any tips for what to look for?
yeah...given that the 240 is the dominant drift car around here. i just really want an engine that is going to be pretty reliable, have parts that are easy to come by and can take some punishment. i'm still open to suggestions and this thread is really more of a way for me to research what i would b...

Apparently not. Performance parts availability for Nissan engines is a lot simpler, and easier to find too. i would not think there would be much difference at all! but anyway im a 4G63 man so im probably fairly bias! i live in the motor city, so its about equal. i actually want to drift it and tal...
sr20 swap
so i wanna go through with this swap, but i want to be prepared for it. i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to wire up gauges (tach, speedo) and run the exhaust and fuel lines (they're on the mirror side of the g54b i think?)
