This reminds me of a post on starquestclub.. one dude cried poor, people helped him and he somehow ended up with about 6 Starions that he sold bits off (not cheap either). Anyway, I can't see how you could accuse members of a STARION forum to be even remotely jealous of some mass produced Nissan pie...

Wiring diagram needed!

I'm still after a wiring diagram for a JA if anyone can help :) I seem to be missing power to most of the car for some reason. I have power to the hazards/popups/brake lights/room light but that's about it. There is no power on the other circuits in the fuse panel. Key switch appears to be ok - has ...

Help with wiring

Before I blow anything up :).. There is a round connector with 2 wires - Black and Black/white. I believe this goes to the battery +ve but I don't have the connector for the battery end of it.. is this correct? Battery +ve should go to this round connector and to the starter motor. Where does the st...

WANTED URGENTLY: Workshop manual bits

My hard drive shat itself and I can't access any of my workshop manual stuff. I'm trying to get my (stocker) Starion running tomorrow and i'm after the electrical diagram and general stuff like vacuum diagram/engine bay what-goes-where pages. I've worked most of it out, but there's a few things I ha...

Sounds like you have broken it to me. I've done it about 6 times - cracked the centre of the clutch. On a couple of occasions I could still drive it for a week or two (with difficulty as it was a gamble as to whether it would shift or not), one time I snapped the entire centre section out.. Anyway, ...

I imagine how good your painting skills are effects how much paint you use. e.g. you keep going over it until its an even job.
Or you want a finish that will last more than 5 minutes.

2 litres of etch
6 litres of primer/surfacer
7 litres of colour
6 litres of clear
16 litres of thinners

Who said it was cheaper to do it yourself? :) Still got a few things to paint too!

Yeah, I know they're the parts you meant... they shouldn't rust unless the rubber coating peels off. It does around the corners, but i've never seen any that were so bad that the rubber couldn't just be glued back on, so your car must have seen some pretty extreme elements.
