$10,000 for the car plus $30,000 for the authentic historic logbook seems about right. If it was mine, I wouldn't sell it for anything less. Big problem is there are very few people in the market for such a car at that price. Historic replicas are much much cheaper that look & go the same.

Geez Rad, your plan is so damn close to fitting our big event. Shame we'll miss you. Maybe keep that week-end in mind for your next big trip south. Enjoy the trip.

Meet the Millers

Meet the Millers AK Miller's Front Yard Consider the strange story of Alex and Imogene Miller of East Orange, VT. They eked out an existence on a small farm. Alex would scrounge rusty nails from burnt buildings to repair his roof. He drove a ratty VW Beetle, and when it died, he found another even m...

CV joints

I've got a number of badly worn CV joints & was wondering whether they are still available either new or reconditioned. My local CV shop no longer lists them. Looking for small diff / 4 bolt flange types. Also are they the same as other Mitsubishi models like VR4's, Tritons, Pajero etc. Any help...

Can't believe she steps out of the car carrying her coat & handbag as if she's about to go shopping. But, maybe that's the way she always parks the car in the car park, lol

Thanks for the tip Frank. I thought mine was faulty, but turned out to be a blocked radiator causing the overheating. All good now.
