Guys guys guys...and girls. Keep love in the air. I agree. There is no point owning these cars if you don't have a passion for them. The way I see things asking questions like 4gpwr has only helps people complete there understanding of everything mechanical. Especially those who couldn't provide a ...

Get the right tool for the job, or pay a workshop to do it for you. You need a Piston ring expander, I think they're about $30. What do the instructions say ? I'm quite certain it says not to use your hands/fingers to expand it, especially when you expanding it on an angle like that as it will most ...

Only for the Rear, 245/45/R16. I'm running EAGLE F1s on the front. But the new Bridgestones are better then the Goodyear F1s so I'll probably switch to them when the time comes for the front. Though I've got my brake bias set so both axles lock up at the exact time even though the grip levels are al...

Being in a similar situation previously, I strongly suggest you go to the police and report it. They have resources you don't have access to as a normal citizen. Go to the Police tonight, make the missing persons report and keep on the case till they get the Detectives investigating it. Once the det...

toyo ra1's, cost $400 each. Does not spin any gears in a 1100kg 400rwhp s2 rx7.... does a little in 1st in cold winters straight out of the garage but after a couple mins, it is seriously confidence building. 1.8sec 60ft times on road surfaces if that isn't enough proof. The falkens are just ...

Guess it depends how serious you take the competitions you attend then. Toyo are very easy sponsors if you have a proven record. I know a sponsorship for that period of time is nothing to throw away either but I guess maybe your getting to old (no pun intended lol) to keep on the limit. Like Prost s...
Ok, personal experience with a Staz, my sons staz with STD flywheel, topped out at 255KPH :wtf: ( this can be verified by at least 4 members on the 1st ever QLD Cruise) Clutch failed 2months later( operator error) replace flywheel with super light unit as this is what son wanted, Staz now has top s...

As for the comment about whether 3 - 4 kilos makes a difference, it's called centripetal force. It may not make much difference at 800rpm, but at 6000rpm it will make quite a bit of difference. That was just a throw away comment by myself to try to get people to see the common sense in the argument...

I feel sorry for the money you wasted... if you wanted a proper semi slick tyre, you should have bought the Dunlops DZ03G or Toyo R888. And Toyo RA1s' if you wanted a wet weather capable semi-slick. All 3 of these are night and day difference over the Falkens..... Keep this in mind next time your up...
