You could make a door trim outa MDF say 6mm stuff and lay down some foam then vinal and to attatch it weld a few nuts onto the door and run "nice looking" hex head countersunk bolts to the nuts... solid and shoudl look decent.. i might do it, if i do i'll make a "how to"
