Yeah thanks. the TBI is now back together as of tonight. Will wait until tomorrow night to fire her up to let the gasket glue time to set. I just wanted to make sure about that ball bearing as I couldn't find it either. Was lucky, I didn't pay for postage from the states :)

Quick question about rebuilding the TBI. The kit comes with a small ball bearing but the instructions didn't explain where it goes. Anyone know?

Yeah well dissembling it has been a breeze except for 2 screws in the throttle body housing which I will be replacing with said HEX bolts once I get them out. Just waiting on my Impact Driver to come today from my step fathers.

Whilst rebuilding my TBI tonight, I wasn't sure if I received all the gaskets, and stumbled upon this. Great walk through. shame I read it after the fact :p
