I've got camber plates front and rear on mine and they make a MASSIVE difference to the grip!! be warned though, to get insane grip i had the fronts set to 4.5deg neg and it scrubbed the inside of the tire bald in 4 months  so on a day to day basis they're set to a more stock position. The re...

I couldn't find anything adjustable, i could of had a set custom made with adjustable height, damping and rebound for £1200. I ended up with fitting KYB GR2 shocks front and rear and i got hold of some adjustable shocks with height adjustable seats for a narrow body that came off a tarmac race car, ...

Just to help you guys out, i bought a set of these for mine and i can honestly say i wasn't impressed. The tops and sleeves are ally and i took mine off after 6 months due to the fronts becoming grooved when the steering was turned and the rear sleeves rubbed on the springs wearing the thread away. ...

It's quite a common mod on UK cars, i no i few people who have done it with no ill affects and i'll be doing it to mine over the winter. Basically you just make up a brake pipe to fit between the inlet and outlet and take out the pump bit. That simple apparently. Go over to www.starion-turbo.co.uk a...

Thats them, they appear to have recesses for a 16v head is this going to be a problem? i can't see it being one but better safe than sorry as apart fron some old air cooled V-Dub engines this'll be the first one i re-build.

Thats what i thought, SOHC will provide good power, I'm talking 300-350BHP. I like the idea of twin cam but just don't see any real benefit to it, to be honest other than "look what i did" bragging rights. Performance wise i can see how it makes things easier but if you spent the money doi...

And performance wise? surly buy the time you've sourced the parts you need, done the conversion a big turbo, decent internals and mpi (all parts you'd need with the conversion) will give the same results, after all cams can be custom ground from billet, and i can get parts for my head here in the UK...

This may seem a bit stupid but what benefits do you get from a twin cam conversion? Do the benefits out weigh the hassle of doing it? Over here in the UK it's just not done, or at least not by many, i can think of 1 UK car and thats Neils which is a full on race car. It just my engine is getting tir...

I snapped the locking key for my wheels, so i just took my car to a tyre place, they just used a pneumatic air gun with attachments to force the nuts undone, similar to using a hammer and drift.
