Why do i hear a beeping sound about 5 seconds after i turn my car off?

I have a 82 JA i was wondering whether anyone could give advice on the easiest route for the intercooler pipng to go.Also my rebuilt turbo sounds like a police siren does anyone else come across this problem?cheers Tez
