Have you checked condition of the fuel filter in tank and in the engine bay? I'd replace the filters as well because if they are clogged then your fuel supply is going to be limited leading to some of the symptoms you have described.

Should be able to do 13 psi before cut if memory serves me correctly. What exactly are the symptoms if you put your foot down when taking off now?

Ok update - Took out the injectors, soaked them in carb cleaner, cleaned the connectors - little bit of crc, put everything back together and it runs perfect again. Never had the injectors cleaned or tested. Can I do anything to check them myself? Will check all connections etc..
