JA's don't have a speed sensor , but JB's & JD's do , it uses a reed switch on the speedo that switches to ground. Alternatively , you can put 4 magnets and a reed switch on the JA speedo (I have done this and it works , needed it for my velnas).

As far as I know , the starion heads used jet valves , the L300's did not. The 4g62 heads have a different sized combustion chambers , and possibly different sized ports. 4G64 heads are the same as 4g63.

Put my LSD in today , and FFFFAAARRRKKKKK , it's like drivin a different car. Every starion should have had one from the factory , at least the yanks got it right.

Thanks Alspos , your assumption is correct , JB LSD into a JA. I will fill it through the driveshaft hole as I don't have a fluid pump to get it into the filler. I'll be undertaking this excercise tomorrow.

JB LSD OIL CAPACITY ???

Does anyone know the oil capacity of the JB LSD ? I know the quest LSD's take 1.3 litres , but I believe they have a larger carrier.
