If its just one ten yeah itll run it. I had 150 to each of my tens and they bumped. Plus other factors come into play. If you are putting it into your starion that will help it bump cause its a hatch. If your sub box is ported (kinda depends on the sub as well).

Im going to jave to say option 1. Mitsubishi put them there for a reason. The car withought them would run real lean. The jet valves put in a rich af mixture back into the cylinder head. So i would say keep them.

I dont think it matters if you cut the top or the bottom. I would recomend the top. If you cut the bottom there is a possibility of water splashing up into it. Correct me if i am wrong but you motor looks to be a 2.0 where the second picture is a 2.6 liter. I have a Us non IC conquest and im Intercooling it i am just swapping the cold side of the turbo from an IC turbo to the turbo on my Car therfore you wouldnt have to change anything with the wastegate.

What would be the closest one to it then. It doesnt have an IC or ABS or LSD. Its got everything else though. Its also a 4 Lug. Let me know what you think.

Like i said i have done the cut air mod and it works good for me. Not only will it let more air in it also lets you hear the turbo screaming. I dont know i hope you just figure out what works best for you.

wow under 2k of them ever wow. Well i have a flatty and that is rare for american market. I look at this site alot because most of your stuff is flatty related. Over here the flatty is kinda looked down on. I love them so keep up the flat world man.
