It was made by Lee Thomas and is a divided/split pulse design with a 40 mm single gate fed from both sides and kept apart till it joins the gate.
I have had both mating surfaced machined for a leak free fit and coated with hi temp exhaust paint. $490.00 AUD + post anywhere.

PS you can use a single entry turbine on as well as had one on while waiting 4 a SP turbine housing to arrive.
