Interesting oil port mod for twincams , claims to cure lifter tick and low oil pressure .

yeah ill be getting my engine pulled down soon to sort out some issues and will have a chat to the engine biulder to see what he reckons .

Very compelling read, good thing I'm pulling mine down, I'll have a look at this particularly because I'm running ARP head studs through a 64 head, and I had to enlarge the holes for the head studs. Still quite tight some of them...plus I had a bit of valve tick too...

Oh, I should add that my 64 head is SOHC, and even though technically my response isn't in the right section of this forum it's still a good example for those with DOHC builds or other hybrid motors to check for these issues. :)

Well, I've scalloped the oil feed area back into the stud hole and drilled the stud holes out...the 1/2 inch drill bit I used cut into it almost like a knife into butter. Have to further enlarge the hole for the oil feed, though I may get away with what I've already done...will see how this turns out and will post my findings on here. Waiting for someone to deliver dowels otherwise I would have had more to say. Stay tuned...

Theres plenty you can do to both the heads. Iv'e never seen anyone do mint like i did though. But guess thats just the experience showing which im happy to share.
